Attorney John Pulgini is admitted to practice before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts. He regularly appears before the Department of Industrial Accidents and the Social Security Administration’s Office of Hearings and Appeals, on behalf of injured workers. A former member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys subcommittee on workers' compensation, in 2004, he was appointed by the Governor to represent labor on the Massachusetts Workers’ Compensation Advisory Council. This council oversees and monitors all aspects of the Massachusetts workers’ compensation system. He is a member of the Labor Guild, and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. He is a graduate of the New England School of Law and Fordham University, with a degree in business economics.

Attorney John Norton has lectured attorneys relative to workers’ compensation issues through the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Continuing Legal Education Series, and has made numerous appearances before the Administrative Judges at the Department of Industrial Accidents, on behalf of injured employees, for nearly twenty years. In addition, he has successfully argued before the Appeals Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and has extensive experience appearing before the Massachusetts Superior and District Courts. He regularly represents employees with respect to accidental disability retirement, as well as claimants seeking disability benefits before the Social Security Administration’s Office of Hearings and Appeals. Attorney Norton is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, in New York, and graduated from St. Anselm College, cum laude, with a degree in English. He is a member of the Massachusetts state and federal bars.
