You Have the Freedom to Choose Your Own Doctor in Workers' Comp
If you have been injured at work, you have the right to treat with a doctor of your choice. Neither the employer or the insurer can tell you where or with whom you should treat. It is important, however, to immediately report the injury to your employer and to complete an accident report as soon as possible. Get medical attention at the facility and with the doctor of your choosing and inform that facility of how and where your accident occurred.
